Ordering

Please feel confident to place your order securely over our Internet site. We will acknowledge successful receipt of your order by email. We will do our best to fill your order completely, but in event of our being out of stock we will notify immediately.

Method of Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. Your card will not be charged until we make shipment of your order.

Promotions & Discounts

Discounts, coupons or promotions may be applied to an individual item, unless otherwise stated. We will always apply the discount of the greatest value to your order.

Method of Shipment

Shipment will normally be made within 1 day of receipt of order. Orders made on the weekend will normally be made within 2 -3 business days. Orders will be shipped to you via UPS, unless otherwise noted. Once your order has been shipped, we will again email you an acknowledgment, and include a tracking number for you to follow and assure receipt of your package. We offer three types of Service. This includes, Standard 3-5 days, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Exchanges & Returns

We hope and expect that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you may return unused items within 30 days of original purchase for exchange or full refund. We will include a UPS Return Label with your initial shipment for this purpose. Please keep a copy of return receipt for tracking purposes.
